6.	Impersonate any person or entity;

12. 14.	“Frame” or “mirror” any part of the Site without prior written authorization.  You also shall not use meta tags or code or other devices containing any reference to our site or the Service of the site in order to direct any other website for any purpose.
15.	You understand and are solely responsible for your interactions with other members. You are responsible for you own privacy and any information you make available through this site.
16.	You are aware that this site is not responsible for the online conversations expressed by the users of this site and does not necessarily agree with any content posted on this site.

That you are a member at your own will and will use the services of the website only for you own personal and exclusive use.  You will give only truthful responses to the questions asked in the online membership Sign-Up Registration Form.

Your express violation of the online conduct set forth herein allows www.RussianDatingMall.com to remove or discontinue your site membership.

III. Message Modification or Deletion

3.	RussianDatingMall.com does not monitor or control the use of its site by the members.  As such it is the member’s sole responsibility for the legality of your actions under all applicable laws and that RussianDatingMall.com is free from any liability for the actions of any of its members.
4.	RussianDatingMall.com does not warrant the risks of dealing with internet users, particularly those that are based in other countries, underage persons or people under false pretence or those with criminal intent. 
5.	RussianDatingMall.com made it clear that user authentication on the internet is extremely difficult and accordingly can not and does not confirm that a particular member or user is who he or she claims to be. VI. Conditions of Warranty

By joining the site, I have waived all my rights to:

b.	Modify and/or delete a portion or all of my profiles that are considered to be inappropriate or for any other reasons deem proper and legal;

Furthermore, I give full permission and released www.RussianDatingMall.com of any liability should there be any, in the use of my pictures/photos and other materials for promotional purposes, including but not limited to business and marketing campaign ad.

I further understand that should I decide to discontinue my membership with www.RussianDatingMall.com for any reason at all, I only have the option to TURN OFF my profile or request to be turned off.  However, www.RussianDatingMall.com is under no obligation to completely delete my record from their database as I understand and agree that I have already waived my right to recover whatever photos/materials I have uploaded to www.RussianDatingMall.com website as an incident to my voluntary membership. I understand that the purpose of retention is for legal purposes only that may serve the company best.

I attest to the best of my ability that the above conditions are clear to me and I waive my right of recourse against www.RussianDatingMall.com for any damage, direct or indirect, incidental or consequential that I may suffer as a result of the use of the materials I voluntary submitted.

VIII. General Provisions
